These terms govern your use of the Assure Shift International website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Assure Shift International is a marketplace that connects people planning international moves with independent, verified moving companies. We are not a moving company, freight forwarder or carrier, and we do not pack, transport or store your goods ourselves.
Prices shown on the Service are indicative estimates, computed from a transparent pricing model to help you plan. They are not offers or binding quotes. Your final price comes from the moving company you choose, based on your specific inventory, dates and requirements.
We carry out KYC checks on our network-partner movers and confirm their FIDI/IBA membership. However, movers are independent businesses. Any moving contract, service and liability is between you and the mover you select. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the movers’ acts or omissions.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Service or any indicative pricing, and we don’t guarantee that any particular mover will quote or be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assure Shift is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the performance of any mover, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service, its content and branding are owned by Assure Shift or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
