This policy explains how Assure Shift International (“Assure Shift”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal data when you visit this website or request moving quotes. We are a marketplace that passes your request to independent moving companies that have passed our KYC check.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you request a quote or contact us — your name, email, phone number, origin and destination, move size, dates and any details you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically: basic usage and device data (pages viewed, approximate location, IP address, referrer) via cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent where required.

How we use your information

• To pass your request to at most 3 moving companies that serve your route and have passed our KYC check, so they can contact you and quote; to email you which movers received it; and, if no mover has reached you within one business day, for our team to contact you about your move.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To operate, secure and improve the website and our services.
• To send service communications, and (with consent) updates you ask to receive.

How we share your information

• Moving companies: we share your name, contact details and move details with at most 3 movers that serve your route and have passed our KYC check, so they can contact you and prepare a quote.
• Service providers: trusted processors who help us run the service (for example, hosting, email delivery and analytics), under contract and only as needed.
• Legal: where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety and property.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention
